I am writing to you regarding our recent trip to India.

It was a very pleasant and memorable trip.

Thank you for looking after us by calling us personally every few days. That was very reassuring for us and we appreciated it tremendously.

On the whole all hotel accommodations were good except for Metropolitan in Delhi Though being 5 star hotel ,it did not have that ambience I had to haggle with them for Wifi which should be standard in all so called 5 star hotels In Ocrchha I should have stayed in either Amar Mahal palace or the one one you suggested on the Betwa river bank I must say the staff all the places was very cordial and attentive

The car was very comfortable and the drivers Pratap and Suresh in Delhi were extremely pleasant

The tour guides were also good. Mr. Ajay Pati in Oddissa was fabulous. He went out of his way to explain the history of each place we visited. He commands my utmost respect

Again thank you for taking care of us and without any hesitations I will recommend you to my friends and family

I can’t believe it’s almost 9 years we had a most wonderful vacation in India – it was truly the best holiday we had as we still talk about it now !

We had such a wonderful time in India, and the trip was beyond successful. Everyone – including me! – appreciated all the work that you put into it to make it run so smoothly. We felt very well-cared for in your capable hands. As far as feedback, I think there was a moment right when we arrived at Gandhi Smriti, where we didn’t know what to do – and that led us to do some role clarification on our team. I think we should have included you on that, but it all smoothed out soon enough.

On your end, it would also be great to get any feedback. I supervise Lan and would like to know how your experience was working with her, as well as our team in general. If you have any thoughts, please let us know. We’re always seeking to improve.
